PPD currently is a referral, and information clearinghouse, for people who have HIV/AIDS and  Differently-abled (blind/visually impaired, deaf/hard of hearing or physically and/or mentally challenged) living in NYC. In the coming months, PPD will begin to provide services for the Tri-County region of NY State. |
